Pistols are far too easy without weight. The question is though is there a body weight pistol goal that is tough that weighted reps could be used to work towards it? Like the TSC pull up goal - bodyweight test but weighted reps are an excellent training tool.
My thought would be to do a vertical jump test from a pistol squat. Squat down into a pistol then jump next to a wall - highest point on the wall you can touch the better. Like in the TSC elite participants could wear a light weight vest maybe. Worthy goal or nah?
