What would be a good number of reps to shoot for in 10 min alternating feet every rep before adding/increasing weight? Like the 100 reps in 5 min rule for swings, what’s the optimal number before dropping the volume and adding weight? The goal being strength and maybe a little Hypertrophy.
 
Probably something about this in The Naked Warrior somewhere. I would feel comfortable adding weight ( probably) to a students pistols when they could do 10 very solid alternating reps, 5 a side.
