I've been following the guidelines given by Pavel's Ladders Reloaded program for Pull-ups, and so far it's great.

I was wondering if it could be used for Pistol Squatting as well. I understand squats require 200-400 reps a month. But if I use an unilateral exercise, should it be 200-400 reps per side, or combined? I only ask because everything except the legs (ex:abdomen and hip flexors) does get used every rep, by either pushing or holding out the foot in front.

Hopefully Pavel could clarify?

Thanks!

And on a very similar note, what are people's thoughts on using the "Russian Squat Assault" template from BB, for Pistol Squatting? Good idea, or should it be solely used with the Back Squat?
