Assisted Push Ups?

Same for me, I alternate between 1 and 2-hand swings using 90s rest for 10 sets. This has transferred really well to trail running and hiking when jamming up short steep pitches. I’m thinking it could also transfer to short crux pitches on climbs too but I’ve been somewhat grounded this year.More own experience, 10 two hand swings alt with 10 power push ups, on the :90, 10 sets of each, works well even though I made it up.
The book states you can use band assisted push ups, if you can’t generate enough power using a standard push up.Assisted Push Ups?
What Lee said, and you could also elevate angle of upper body or bend legs.Assisted Push Ups?
Crikey, Norman - this post deserves a thread of its own:
Yes + Yes
No + No
There's one heckuva lot of missing middle-ground to explore here...
@Steve W.I've been doing some days of 044 and one day of 015 snatches each week, and thinking of also doing a session of more A+A style shorter sets with a bell size up. I'm more inclined to just do this in a rotation within each week, more conjugate style than block style -- it just fits my schedule and personality better than doing weeks at a time with one format.
‘Pavel Power’I have done a 015 session today , swings + dips instead of push ups. What do you all think of that combo ?
