Dan, to the best of my knowledge, the Plan Strong manual is like our other manuals, intended for attendees only. As to whether or not a book, I couldn't say but perhaps @Pavel will reply. It's worth mentioning that some of this material _is_ being brought to the public - in some of the blogs here, there was some mention of this (I think) in a recent article in Milo, etc.
