Planche & One Arm Chin Ups - Workouts

I'll be posting links to all of my workouts. I have two main goals right now and they are pretty long term. I hope to have 3 one arm chins with each arm by the end of 2017 and 9s full planche by the end of 2017. Workout one is linked below. Please let me know what you think!

 
I love the idea of the pulley system. I may try it, but I think at this point the weight I need might be slightly too high. The bands are definitely harder at the top. Thanks for the reply.
 
Workout 14

In this workout I use 54.8 lbs of assistance with elastic bands. Sets of one arm chin are 4,4,3,3 reps and sets of planche are 12,12,9,9 seconds.
