Hey,

I would Like to incorporate bodyweight rows to The Push Up Programm. Any ideas how to do both? I am through The 2 Weeks Heads and tails with Push Up and rows AS superset ( little Rest between). Now i want to do The Power Push Up Phase 1, but dont want to spend 20 Minuten in The morning and evening for both. Any recommendations?

I thought about alternate ever day, (das 1 two Block Push Up, day 2 two Blocks rows) but i think this i too Low Volumen.

If your goal is to increase the number of Pushups, stick to the plan, it works. If you want to add Rows into the regime, do them as another short workout session.
