Great works, just in time for Xmas too! What strategy did you end up using?
I could not get 5 quality sets of 12 reps with 12 kilo and borrowed 8 kilo from my wife :)
Started with 5*12 (first 2 or 3 practices) then started varying from 10 to 12 reps so it could look like 12-11-11-10-10 or 12-10-12-11-10.
Rest period were 30 minutes at first and in the end they were compressed to 10 minutes.
2 sessions a week.
