One option is to keep a Food Log for yourself, using the Strong Food Logs sub-section for your thread. Try to keep comments in Food Log threads fairly narrowly focused. Please create new threads for diet philosophies (e.g. intermittent fasting, targeted and cyclic ketogenic diets, and the like), physiology, body chemistry, metabolic flexibility, etc.
And, of course, your diet questions are welcomed.
