- 10 hindu pushups
15 MINUTES OF:
- 1/1 TGU (50 lbs KB) with press (when standing) and 1 pull up
3 ROUNDS OF:
- 6 TGU sit-ups left
- 6 single leg traplift (KB in left hand)
- 6 TGU sit-ups right
- 6 single leg traplift (KB in right hand)
- 30 secs. rest
