Power Endurance

This is a oxymoron because Power is one end of the Strength spectrum with Endurance being on the other end.

Not exactly. Distance cyclists and triathletes frequently use power meters on their training rides to get data on power output. Although cycling is an endurance sport (not talking about sprinting here) it still relies on power out, hence "power endurance." Is it a high power output? No, but it's power nonetheless.
