Hi,
I do 5-6 days kettlebell swing+getup (simple & sinister) every week.
On the other hand, during my daily work behind desk, i take 5-min breaks every 30 mins which i use to do some other form of exercises like: chin-up, dip, pushup and etc. basically i have about 40-50 mins of exercises in 5-min window times during the day in addition to my 20-25 mins of S&S program.
the questions I've:
Is this too much of exercise for every day? should i avoid doing those 5-min practices or replace them with light stretches and walking to get better result of my S&S training?
What are the other form of exercises i can do during those break times to improve my strength (and probably muscle mass)?
Thanks,
Kaveh
