Any links to breathing exercises to strengthen the abdominal pressure lock , no one wants hemorrhoids!! I saw a small thread on the old forum ,but thought it was important enough to get some more ideas on this matter and yes I have read (2) books ,not very much detail

Pinch a penny between your cheeks, imagine pulling up on your pelvic floor, shortening the distance between rectum and navel - all good cues.

As Steve said. I did, and do, them whilst out and about standing in queues, doing the dishes and turning otherwise mundane daily stuff into a practice, gtg style. You can feel a bit self conscious, by-standers may think you have issues but I've got quite covert about it these days. Well, I think I have. A little secret tension practice, no one needs to know! Maybe I haven't, ah that'll be why no one stands behind me anymore at the check out!!
