Training On Lentils

Great work, man! I really want to press The 40 kg bell too! Someday I can.
Sure you will, we are still strength-youngsters! I remember reading somewhere that out of all physical qualities (mobility, agility, flexibility, endurance, explosiveness), strength deteriorates the least. We still have plenty of time.
 
Training today

-push ups 2x10
-BW squats 5x10
-KB press 8,6,5,5 per arm
-followed by some swings&snatches

Had two more sessions this week but did not really log them. I follow no strict programming,
just doing what I like. It's usually presses + whatever else.
