Kettlebell Press paired with what other kettlebell grind?

I'm looking for advice on a move to pair with the kettlebell (military) press, with a kettlebell, for a light (not like S&S or ROP) workout for judo days or whatever when I don't want to get all sweaty nor block off a chunk of time at home, so some kind of grind. For example, maybe the goblet squat. It could be from SFII, I don't care from where. I'm not trying to find something that equals a "real" exercise routine like S&S but rather a paired exercise with the press that is "pretty good" at hitting a lot of muscles and movements without sweating (much). So, the TGU is out since it is too sweaty and time consuming. No snatch, no swing.

Any suggestions?

Sometimes I like to combine 1h swings with a press, 1h FSQ, and maybe a 1h OHSQ. Switch hands.

What y'all are saying confirms my suspicions - the front "goblet" squat hits a lot of the stuff not covered by the press, does almost the whole body, but it's a grind not ballistic and not a "sweaty" move. K. Thanks.

if you do double presses, then go with the double front squat
if you do single press, then do single front squat. it's quite hard
why goblet?

One hand FSQ is different from the goblet with asymmetry. Adding a few one hand swings with your press weight shouldn’t be too sweaty

Not really related but lately I’ve been enjoying SLDeadlift(up)-BUClean-BUSquat-BUPress-SLDeadlift(down) swap arms repeat. Not to sweaty cause I don’t use a heavy bell & leave at least 2 reps in me. I do this combo on days like you mentioned- light, not a lot of time, don’t wanna get all sweaty.

What about a Sots press? Sounds like it's the lower grind + upper grind move you're talking about.

I think I get it, but do "BU" and "SL" mean anything?

Good point about the swings. I should stop think in terms of "all or nothing" regarding my S&S moves. Better to do a set or two of swings than nothing.

I'm starting to get ideas together, thanks to y'all.

My first choice would be double front squat.

Other alternatives:
Goblet squat or single front squat (rack position)
SLDL (Single leg DL. Keep your hips level and reach back with your back leg heel)
Windmill (can be combined in the same set as presses in various ways)
KBDL (One or two-handed. Sets of 20, which still shouldn't be too sweaty. A good drill in itself and helps refine your hinge for your swings. Keep the bell back between your heels and your arm tight to your torso -- don't let it drift forward).
Suitcase, rack, and overhead holds/carries.

These are all good "fill-in-the-gaps" variety drills that are good to mix in, even if you are not really focusing on them or trying to progress them in an organized way.

Also Original Strength rocking, rolling, and crawling variations.

So you're suggesting windmill and press together?
Well, if the bell is up there anyway … I can see that it doesn't really work lower body like squats but there is lot of other work in the torso and hips being done. It feels that way to me at least!

I prefer thinking of a triumvirates. I think adding one exercise to the pair will allow more ground to be covered without much increase in cost.
