Strong first, I need your help! I've spent the last half year away from kettlebell work, and just focussed on the powerlifts. I've been following 531 with lots of success, but now that I've started a new business, I only have the time and energy to lift once a week. I still want to improve these lifts, so I was hoping that pavel or others may have some suggestions. I also have time to gtg throughout the day at work pistols and one armers, so I think I'll start doing that, as it's better than only working out once a week. Let me know what you think, all comments/suggestions are appreciated.
