Strong first, I need your help! I've spent the last half year away from kettlebell work, and just focussed on the powerlifts. I've been following 531 with lots of success, but now that I've started a new business, I only have the time and energy to lift once a week. I still want to improve these lifts, so I was hoping that pavel or others may have some suggestions. I also have time to gtg throughout the day at work pistols and one armers, so I think I'll start doing that, as it's better than only working out once a week. Let me know what you think, all comments/suggestions are appreciated.
 
Logan, for a short period of time you can almost maintain your strength lifting once a week but that is about it. DL once a week and GTG pistols and OAPs is not a bad idea.
 
Thank you for taking the time to respond to my question, and for the advice. Sorry it took me a while to write back, it's been one crazy week at work! As far as DL goes, how does 5x5 sound?mthanks again Pavel!
