Program thoughts

Long time lurker, first time post.

Since the gyms are closed (obviously) I am thinking about running something like "strength aerobics".. I normally stick to BBs and do swings and snatches as a finisher, so looking for advice. My goal is to try and just build a little work capacity GPP until the gym opens back up.

The set up I am thinking about using is a 1 rep chain of 1H swing, snatch, VPP (using VPP to try and reduce lactate build up that would occur using MP etc) I would do this OTM style

I would wave the volume using a H-L-M set up
30min on H day
20min on L day
24min on M day

Any thoughts or recommendations is appreciated. Thanks
