Hello all new to the forum… basic info I am 42 236lbs and looking to start and master a journey in my life. Recently a newcomer to kettlebells, but have some limited experience ( the wrong way !) at body weight exercises, this is no longer acceptable. I am looking to get strong and have endurance to meet the challenges of life and age well. I have read and re-read S&S and looking to master simple. In reading through the forum I came across an article by Jon Engum ( Program Minimum [ squared] and something just clicked while giving it a read. The drills laid out by this article just to my ignorant mind seem to be the place to begin, but would like to add gtg push-ups (dearly love push-ups) and would like to improve upon them with the ultimate goal of strength and endurance in said press. Any help or suggestions are much appreciated. Peace and love to all…
