The protein I use also comes in a formula that includes a fruit powder blend (like a vegegreens powder only a fruit type instead of veggies). Ori recommended light protein and veggies or fruit during the day and Iron Addict Wesley Silveira would have some berries with his protein during the day. Would this powder be beneficial or should I just go with the straight up protein version? The combo powder would negate having to pack a couple shakes and some "snacks".
