I'm just looking for confirmation about pttp 2.0. I know you deadlift three times a week, but do you do your presses on those three days also or do you do your presses on different days?
This is not just for DL yes? It is DL and a press (e.g. BP) ?I believe this is PTP2.0, either from or adapted from the SFL manual, or an original adaptation:
