I'm just looking for confirmation about pttp 2.0. I know you deadlift three times a week, but do you do your presses on those three days also or do you do your presses on different days?
 
I don’t know about presses, perhaps it’s the same template as DL’s.

I believe this is PTP2.0, either from or adapted from the SFL manual, or an original adaptation:

I am doing the second plan in that post for my TSC prep, I call it “The Bear Cub” because it is similar to The Bear in PTTP but with less volume, only 2-3 back-off sets instead of up to 20.
 
@Abdul-Rasheed I don’t know for sure, what is written seems to only be about the DL. You’d have to ask the author.

For TSC prep I’m not training the press, but will be curious to see how my 2-3RM (32kg) holds up with just snatching.
