Barbell PTTP Presses Stalling / Minor Injuries

I didn't get very good angles on this today, but I did manage to press 120x5 (a PR for me) followed by a solid back-off set at 110x5. I've had much less discomfort in my right shoulder, neck, and upper back, and the main change I've made has been trying to squeeze my upper back as tight as humanly possible throughout the movement and lift my chest as hard as I can without hyperextending my lower back. This has made my shoulders feel much more stable pressing. Thanks all for helping me get over this current hump (y)
