As the title implies really; is push press a good variation of the press for use in the PTTP program? Or does the fact that it uses a lot of legs mean it’s too much with deadlifts?
Would it be good if you were not doing deadlifts as well? Eg pttp push press with DL trained twice a week say
Not currently training pttp but for knowledge sake.
