I currently dont stretch after lifting and know that many including Pavel recommend it. Would the stretches from S&S be appropriate after PTTP sessions? Interested to hear what others do.
Anything from "Relax into Stretch" by Pavel Tsatsouline will work. There are a bunch of leg stretches and shoulder stretches in that one. But sure, there are some hip stretches in S&S that will prevent those hips from freezing up on ya.
