Personally, I don't like letting my shoulders go that slack at the bottom, but I may also be biased because I do most of mine with added weight. Did you do the April TSC?
Thanks Steve! Good to know about the shoulder slack at the bottom position. I haven't checked my weighted pullup form yet but i'll surely post it here when I do. No, I didn't do the April TSC. I'm just building up my overall relative strength to help my jiujitsu.
