Hey folks I want to check on the correct form for pull ups. I am of the thought that pull ups are to be done very strictly and when I say strictly I'm talking about dead hang pull ups done all the way up, all the way down, no kipping all done by pulling yourself up slowly or at average speed but not quickly. Now I wrote description because I've lately been thinking that maybe I'm too strict and that it could be stalling my progress. Thoughts?
