I thought about more than ten reps of swings. What do people think of that ?
If you just hit "timeless with 32kg" continue to keep your main working sets of 32kg at 10 swings to focus on technique and power.

For your glycolytic pleasure, grab the 24kg and do sets of 10 every 30 seconds to get your 100 swings in 5 minutes. You won't need to put the same power and snap into them as the 32kg, but you still need to focus on good form and how you are breathing. Breathing during your sets and how you breath between your sets. If it's too difficult at first, then start with 2 hand swings, then feed in more 1 hand swings week by week. You can start feeding in sets of 28kg to your test when the 24kg gets easy.

@Anders visst bor du i Stockholm någonstans? Vill du köra en träningsdag tillsammans? Jag är bara lite före dig, kan klara 40 kg timeless men det är fett tungt. Plus att axeln är paj så kan inte ens pressa 16 kg just nu. Men svingar och getups funkar och är stabila. Och just nu har jag all tid i världen. Hojta till om du vill. (y)
