What option in your opinion would be better when it comes to building endurance in Push-ups, Pyramids or Ladders? Or maybe some other approach that you tried and it worked?
Are we talking regular push-ups? How high would you go with your ladders and how many?Ladders are magic, IMHO. Lots of ladders, and a few times a month, a warmup set or two then a near-max set then one or more back off sets. For higher reps, this is a formula that has worked well for me.
