I hesitate to respond here, but
@dc has this right, and I also want to add that, as an academic, I have an idea of the work that has gone into our Special Events. The manual for Second Wind, which I recently attended, is the equivalent of a doctoral dissertation, but unlike many of those, it's one in which there is zero fluff and all substance. I've been reading mine and I find myself stopping at times after every paragraph, just to try to take in fully what's been said. If you think about the work that went into and continues to go into that document, plus preparing the hours of presentation of that material, and multiply that - Strong Endurance, Plan Strong - and add in all the work that went into the recent releases of the updated S&S and the new Q&D, I am content that the Chief is doing at StrongFirst the things only he can do, and the rest of us are helping by doing those things we are able to do.
