I was looking at the sfg kettlebell prep guide by Brett Jones and he uses rep schemes like ....
  • Get-up: 24kg x 2+2 x 2 sets
  • Single leg deadlift 24kg x 5+5 x 2 sets
I'm confused with the number after the + sign.

Also, when he says
  • Perform reps at the top of each minute—rest till next minute
What does he mean by this?

Thanks for the clarification!

I can't help with the first question.
For the second: Imagine you are doing 5 sets of 10 swings each. You start when a minute just starts, and do 10 reps. Then you catch your breath until the next minute starts, when you do 10 swings again. You repeat that until you completed all your sets.

Looking at it more closely I think the number next to the + is just indicating to do more reps on the opposite limb.

@Jdino123 The 2+2 means 2 on the left side and 2 on the right side. Same with the 5+5, it's 5 reps on the left and 5 reps on the right.

Reps on top each minute and rest till next minute means that you start every set after one minute. Let's say you do 5 reps that took you 10 seconds, then you rest 50 seconds and start with your next set. 10 sets will take you 10 minutes then for example.
