Back in my reckless use (aka 2011), I nearly put myself into the ground improperly using the Ab Pavelizer. Specifically, I worked myself into having spasms in the low back, and playing Junior Anatomist, I guess the pain was in the miltifidus area. Finally this morning, I worked up the nerve to pull out the AP out again and try to figure out what i did wrong. I'm pretty sure the problem arose from going into posterior pelvic tilt as I worked to keep my low back on the floor, and then I magnified the problem by doing way too much volume right off the bat. (Ah, youth.)
My question: are there any cues to help keep put of posterior tilt, assuming that's a problem?
