In re-reading the ATC Manual, and also Q and D, I have a question about rest time. Snatch Plan 044C from the ATC manual has a 1:20 rest (approx) between L and R snatches. Quick and Dead has one additional minute (approx 2:20). But Q and D doesn’t really call this “044” by name. Is this one-minute difference in rest time the reason it’s called “044C”? Also, what could the benefits or disadvantages of the extra minute be? I’m alternating days of SFB training with 044C.

There are 2 iterations of 044 (B & C) the Q&D snatch protocol is 044 (the original) you can also do 1H swings & VPP's in 044 as well (pavel states that in the book)... 044 is merely treating the right/left side of the body as separate... the 033 protocol treats them as the same (hence why you alt left & right arms etc in 033 in the same series)...

I'm sure there is a reason due to the time difference, however, I've never been to ATC seminar so that's only speculation
