Greetings, I am new here, I have a question...
Should we use the same weight for swings on both, one arm an two arm, or maybe we should test the weight separately? Thanks

Thanks, that makes sense, another question...
I find training fast in the morning hard for me, it gives me headaches later in the day, would I got similar benefits if I train after breakfast ? I prefer to workout in the morning than in the afternoon or evening if my schedule allows me.
Thanks

If I remember correctly training fasted in the morning is not necessary. It's just an option for people who want to enhance some of the possible health benefits of this type of training.
