@banzaiengr, his post almost reads like a supplement ad, although there is some good training advice in there as well. If it takes ingesting all that stuff to recovery well, I'll take being a little sore instead, honestly.

A lot of those supplements are from a multi level marketing company. Nothing wrong with that, he might really like them. That is a pretty impressive performance at 55. I'm glad I watched that. I was wondering if the Sinister Standard is too much for me at 50 years old. I will keep practicing and see what happens over the course of the next year.
