Anyone here followed 'Beyond stretching' by Pavel? I know it has later been replaced with stretching trilogy ( RIS,SJ and F&L ),but in that book his stretching technique kinda felt like 'dynamic warm up' used in USA for years by others. Bit confused here, will someone please clear it up?
P.S - it's fully opposite of RIS principle of stretching ( I find at least)
