Hi all
I'm getting myself organised for starting a cycle of Reload once I get finished with my current cycle of ROP.
I am keen to continue using some kettlebells and so have decided to use double kettlebell front squats and double kettlebell presses as 2 of my specialised variety lifts. The program calls for a 10RM then 8RM and 6RM. in the last few weeks. It might be tricky to stick exactly to these RMs when using kettlebells, would my best option be to use a lighter rather than heavier bell and manipulate the reps accordingly? One of my goals is hypertrophy so I'm thinking the slightly higher reps wont do me any harm on that front.
Ultimately, these are assistance exercises so I'm not going to worry too much about it, however, any advice is greatly appreciated.
Cheers
