Repeat Until Strong.

Today's practice: Towards the Timed "Sinister"
  • Goblet squats: 40-40-40; 3 sets of 5, 15 squats total
  • One-arm swings: 40-40-40-40-40; 10 sets of 10, 100 swings total.
  • Get-ups: 40-40-40-40-40; 10 sets of 1, 10 get-ups total (sum of left and right)
"Solid" glycolytic session - 100 swings in 5 mins, 1-minute rest, 10 get-ups in 10 mins.
 
How do schedule your variety days? Two days of s&s then variety or more of a go by feel approach?

I was just curious - are you doing the stretches from S&S post-workout, or are you doing your own RESILIENT stretches?
