Very early morning session - I am not used to it. Well, sometimes there is no other choice. On the road again.

Weekend: My friend's bachelor party

I am glad I do not remember anything, apart from "hold my vodka and watch!"

Super tired - I was seriously thinking of skipping today's session. I am happy I didn't.

@Pavel Macek do you plan to start doing some peaking work before long, or do you plan to go for Timed Sinister the "easy" way and own the 56 first?

Either way, strong work! I have learned a ton from your log. And even though I am asking you about plans, the most important lesson for me was that strength is a journey that can't be fully planned and should always be enjoyed along the way. I'm just wondering how far down the road you look.

PS - GGP is going great. I have 77 session in the bank. After I hit 100, I will summarize some of what I my body has learned.

Actually, I am already working on peaking - once a week, usually, Fridays, if I am not travelling and teaching, I do a times session with 40 kg. The plan is to own the 56 kg, and then nail the Sinister proper.

GGP - awesome, very happy to hear that! I am looking forward to see your report, sir!

Solid and relatively easy session. My get-ups on my right are getting better and better, the timing in the roll to elbow is the key.
