Can you say a bit more about the new course in Jan 2021? I saw it mentioned on your instagram. I do a lot of cold water therapy on my own, so I'm intrigued. I've really enjoyed GGP so far and have especially been helped with my knees (no pain).
Big project (the plan is so far over 50 parts - full year program) - simple daily habits, various topics: morning recharge, brathing, physical and mental resilience, voluntary discomfort, strength training, cold exposure, diet, fasting, mobility, movement, mindfulness... Stuff that I do on regular basis. Stay tuned - I will release more info plus lots of previews in the upcoming months.
I am very glad that the GGP is beneficial, that makes me happy.
