Repeat Until Strong.

Today's practice: Towards the Timed "Sinister"
  • Goblet Squats: 3 sets of 5 with 56 kg, 15 squats total
  • One-arm swings: 10 sets of 10 with 56 kg (alternating left and right), 100 swings total.
  • Get-ups: 10 sets of 1 with 48 kg (alternating left and right), 10 get-ups total.
My very first session of 100 one-arm swings - all with 56 kg. And you know what, it wasn't difficult. Good.
 
Yesterday's practice: Towards the Timed "Sinister"
  • Goblet Squats: 3 sets of 5 with 40 kg, 15 squats total
  • One-arm swings: 10 sets of 10 with 40 kg (alternating left and right), 100 swings total.
  • Get-ups: 10 sets of 1 with 40 kg (alternating left and right), 10 get-ups total.
I had to check 3 times if it is really 40 kg. I can honestly say that 40 kg swings are easy - the bell was whispering "snatch me, snatch me!"
The same goes for get-ups - very smooth.

I'm wondering what you would recommend us to do to prepare for The Forge?
Any hints of the fasting/diet aspect? Is it 16/8, more warrior dietish,?

Not hard - just right.

  • Get-ups: 10 sets of 1 with 40 kg (alternating left and right), 10 get-ups total.
Super quick session - 40 feels really light. Good.
 
Weekend: SFB Bodyweight Certification, Prague, Czechia

Regardless of the current situation, we had 13 participants. Apart from 2 gents who didn’t test the OAOLPU, everybody passed all other tests, with super strict technique, and flying colors - the best-prepared group I have ever taught. Strength cannot be quarantined!
