Today's Practice: IPM
  • Mobility: Brettzel armbar; kneeling hip flexor stretch with a kettlebell overhead; Hack squat, all with 20kg kettlebell
  • Kettlebell snatch: high volume, 12 sets each arm, 4, 4, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 6, 4, 4, 4, 4 reps with 28kg, left hand, rest; right hand, rest, OTM, 120 reps total
  • Kettlebell bent press: high volume, 8 sets each arm, 2, 2, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2, 2 reps with 32kg, left hand, rest; right hand, rest, 60 reps total

When you were combining PTTP and S&S, did you find the 14-day blocks or the 2-day blocks of each worked better? Did you follow PTTP in the step loading, wave loading, or variable loading fashion?

I can’t remember, that was years ago, but I think:
-14 days blocks
