I need a program to help me train for the Beast Tamer. Looking at something to follow long term.
I know the Bent press and Snatch help with Pull ups and the press!
Is there a way to add pistol squats to your IPM program?

Is there a way to add pistol squats to your IPM program?
Yes, conventional training - 3 times a week, 3-5 sets, 3-5 reps, or GTG (this is what I am currently doing).

As for the Beast Tamer Challenge, I would keep it specific - train the press and the pullup.

The new StrongFirst online course is awesome - @Fabio Zonin , congratulations, sir! Many drills and cues I have never seen before. Although I am on a snatch & bent press program, I will start deadlifting again, once a week, following @Pavel 's advice and program in this article: Q&D + Minimalist Deadlifts | StrongFirst



Ladies & gentlemen, as Pavel said, "if you are not deadlifting, you are not training". 100% recommended!
