Where can one find the article From Solid to Sinister - Tactical Periodization? I've tried searching but just can't find it. I've found your article solid in between and Pavels article from simple to sinister.

Work in progress - not published yet. If you own "Solid" (40 kg) for both swing and get-up, send me a message, and I will send you the article draft + program.

Ahoj Pavel!

Do you recommend using same bell size for goblet squats as for swing and tgu while doing S&S? I actually always did it with 16kg until I saw your log.

Thanks

What if you are transitioning to a heavier kettlebell? For example, I am performing 6 sets of one-arm swings with a 24 kg, and 4 sets with a 20 kg. Should my goblet squats be with the 20 kg or the 24 kg?

Few options - if your prying GSQ is all good:

- use any lighter weight for your first set (prying GSQs), and then heavier bell for 2 sets of 5, regular GSQs, up and down, no prying, or
- do prying GSQs on your variety days, and in S&S, do just regular GSQs. When I start to incorporate the heavier weight for the first time (2-4 sets of swings), I do only 1 set of 5 with the heavier weight. Gradually I shift to heaver weight - (4-8 sets of swings) - 2 sets of 5 with a heaver weight; 8-10 sets - all 3x5 with a heaver weight. That is what I do. Please check my log above.
