We are running a few new research protocols. If you are interested in participating, please sign up for the following protocols (this takes the place of an earlier link I sent):

Max Power Program (Swings and push-ups; This type of plan has many potential benefits for general conditioning). Having a Push Band Accelerometer is a prerequisite for using this protocol. Please sign up at this link: Research Protocol Request
