Old Forum Ring Work based on the ROP

I have started a training program based on the Rite of Passage Progression.  I have worked on one arm presses for quite a long time (achieving a one arm press with a 42kg dumbell, thanks to GTG pressing following Pavel's advice given in DD forum some time ago) and wanted to give pressing a rest so I and doing ring dips instead of presses and adding ring pull ups with a false grip.

The conditioning part of the program is the same: snatches and swings with a 16kg kettlebell.

My question is, what are your thoughts? will it render good results? the goals are a solid ring pull up and dip to further work on ring muscle ups.

Manuel, the plan will work —if your shoulders can take the volume of dips, which is an individual matter.

Given your press strength, you need  a 32kg bell for your snatches and swings.
 
Wow! I feel able to press a 32kg, but I think my snatch is not as good. I will put the work on it.
