Barbell ROP Barbell Military Press

My primary goal is to improve my OHP. I am currently doing the SOJU and TUBA Program with barbell OHP/Chins. I am thinking of doing Ladders with barbell OHP.

Alternate after 1-2 cycles SOJU and TUBA OHP/Chins with OHP/Lat Pull down - Ladders
Keep other lifts in line with easy strength approach to maintain in those areas
Bench 5X2 easy 50-70%
Squats 5X2 easy 50-70%
Trap Bar DEAD - 5X2 easy 50-70%
Swings 50 - 100

My thoughts are when/If volume of Ladders gets to much, I could reduce volume for a round of S&T.

Any thoughts?
