ROP or ss again?

    4 weeks ago o finally got rid of methotrexate and i have improved my sleep and my diet. so i have a minor dilemma.This summer i managed to reach the standard "simple" in ss but that was a couple of months ago. Should i try to reach simple again or move on to ROP?

    Thank god it wasnt canser but i had severe psoriasis.
