Hi, all!

In case this Forum starts organising threads and making stickies, here is one to have: on the ROTK Ballistics Block. Please add your questions and answers if you want.

My question is on Variety Day:

why do you (Pavel) advise not to do foam rolling and much stretching? Most of my non-KB work is mobility, using balls and bands and nowadays RIS stuff (how I love those already!). Should I NOT do it, or just a few minutes only?? Given that shoulder mobility is important in the LCCJ, I thought I should clarify this concept. Thanks.

BTW, I did VPP with the 16's, followed by front and side snatches, all for the very first time in my life. I was not feeling the weight at all, but the explosiveness of VPP was thrilling. Later, my upper back is gently telling me it worked. Love it.
 
Can you give a specific page or pages where Pavel says not to foam roll and stretch?  I'd like to have a look at that.  Thanks.
