so do i, but i do what i have to do.
LCCJ is such a satisfy movement, i like it very much. strange that not many people mention about it on the forum.

The jerk is a movement that that requires a lot of reflexive reaction to produce and absorb force...

yes, yes it is. the dropping part tears my hand fast. that becauses:
-the handle of my kettlebell has a number on it ( 20 kg, 25 kg) and it's rough.

You could fill that in with some Bondo (auto body repair filler)>

I can't find a description of ROTK through the search feature. What is it. I know I've asked before but I can't find it and I don't remember. I imagine it's about a big push and a big pull using doubles???

Its 2 workouts rotated every 2 weeks. Double kbells, 2 weeks grinds, followed by 2 weeks ballistic.

Grinds = presses, squats, and sumo deadlifts.
Ballistics = clean and jerk

Follow a ladder system similar to ETK. I am greatly over simplifying. It is a good read. Considered an advanced program for hypertrophy (and strength).

It is a "bus bench" program, not a "park bench" program. Hope that helps. It is not a good program to supplement an athlete or something you would do indefinitely, like S&S.

I've tried it. It works. It works very well. But it isnt easy. There are easier ways to get strong. I like easy.
