A lightbulb went off since I clearly remember several SFGs stating that you do not have to test the standards often so here's an idea to play with

Some days use 1:4-6 ratio, this will allow you to go heavier or use a higher "volume" percentage

Other days use the 1:2-4. Ideally, the be used in this ratio is the bell you are working towards doing 1:1 ratios
